Katie Stiteley, LPC, founder of 8GK Consulting, LLC, and Jennifer Emnott, BCBA, founder of MindRight Behavior & Consulting, LLC, first connected through a shared professional role. What began as mutual respect and shared values quickly evolved into a powerful partnership grounded in ethical care, structured support, and wholehearted presence. Inspired by the impact of their collaboration, they saw the potential to do more—together. After two years of working side by side, Katie and Jenn officially joined forces to launch a unified service model that seamlessly blends mental health and behavioral health under one roof. Katie Stiteley, MA, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, and passionate parent advocate for neurodiversity. Through 8GK, she provides trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy that fosters healing, emotional insight, and meaningful connection.

Jennifer Emnott, MA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience serving children, teens, and families. At MindRight, she leads skill-based, evidence-driven behavioral programs designed to cultivate sustainable growth in homes, schools, and communities.
